Naomi Campbell insists she gave birth to her baby daughter naturally and showed her face for the first time in a new interview with British Vogue.
The 51-year-old supermodel stunned fans by announcing the birth of her daughter in May, just weeks after appearing on the Paris Fashion Week catwalk without a visible bump.
But she insists the nine-month-old, whose biological father has never been named, was not adopted amid growing speculation about his biological parentage.
Speaking to the latest edition of British Vogue, posing with her daughter for an exclusive cover shoot, the model confirmed: “She wasn’t adopted – she’s my baby.”

She explained, “I can count on the fingers of one hand the number of people who knew I had it. But she is the biggest blessing I could ever imagine. It’s the best thing I’ve ever done.”

“I still like it, but it gets on my nerves!” explained the mother of one.
“Because I’m 51 and I hang out with girls who are 18! It’s great to be with these young people at my age, but I have to say that at one of the shows I thought, “Come on, girls! Get your feet up! Why are you walking so slowly?”’
She added, “I definitely feel like my time was more joyful. We smiled! We have to show our individuality.”
On being “a mother to the younger generation of black models,” Naomi said, “There were a lot of times I went to fashion shows but I was never chosen for ad campaigns and that would have hurt – really hurt. .
“I have to deal with it and keep moving. Of course, it would have been great to have that kind of support back then, but I’m proud that it’s happening now, I’m proud of the diversity now.”
