He said goodbye! Jon Bon Jovi, 59, is selling his four-bedroom, 3,951-square-foot luxury Greenwich Village apartment for $22 million, with private elevator and garden.
Rock legend Jon Bon Jovi has sold his luxury four-bedroom apartment in Manhattan’s posh Greenwich Village neighborhood for an asking price of $22 million.
The New Jersey native expects to make a profit of more than $3 million, according to The Robb Report released Wednesday. Roker first purchased an apartment in the Greenwich Lane condominiums at 155 West 11th Street in 2017 for $18.4 million.
The 59-year-old’s apartment also boasts a private entrance hall, a 40-foot living room (pictured), a French balcony overlooking the bustle of the city, and a spacious kitchen-dining room fully equipped with appliances.
