Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor “never dated other people after they broke up” in 2017…before becoming a couple again during the pandemic
It is claimed that Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor “never dated other people after they broke up” before becoming a couple again.
The couple announced their split in 2017 but remained close for many years before rekindling their romance after co-isolating during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Now, a People insider has shared that Ben, 56, and Cristina, 50, are “the kind of couple that friends hoped would get back together. They never parted.”

A source said, “Ben has had such a busy career for many years. This separated them a little. They didn’t spend much time together. But when they did, it was always obvious that they loved each other.”
According to an insider, “Even after they decided to break up, they spent time together just the two of them. They always had fun and liked to walk. They never even dated other people after they broke up.”
Ben and Kristin, an actress, met in the late 1990s while filming a series pilot that never aired, and then married in 2000 in Kauai.
They then had two children, a 19-year-old daughter named Ella and a 16-year-old son named Quinlin.
On the red carpet: The couple announced their split in 2017, but have remained amicable over the years; they are pictured together at the 2019 Emmy Awards during their time apart.
However, 17 years after their marriage, they announced their divorce with a joint statement to Entertainment Tonight.
“With great love and respect for each other, and for the 18 years we have spent together as a couple, we have made the decision to separate.”
They remained friends during their separation, and this week Ben’s profile in Esquire magazine revealed they were back together.

It was revealed that when coronavirus lockdowns swept the country in 2020, Ben moved into Christine’s house so they could both be with the kids.
“Then, over time, it evolved. We broke up and got back together, and we are happy about it, ”he explained.
The Zoolander star added: “It was really great for all of us. Unexpectedly, and this is one of the consequences of the pandemic.”

Ben, whose parents were legendary comedy couple Jerry Stiller and Ann Mira, said he and Kristin “respect how we are similar and how we are different. And I think by accepting that, you can actually appreciate someone more because you’re not trying to make them change for you.”
The Tropic Thunder star added, “Once you take it, you save a lot of energy. “This is what works for me, this is what doesn’t work for me.”
He explained, “If you have that level of trust in your partner, you know that I’m saying, ‘I don’t like doing this,’ it’s not me saying, ‘I don’t like you.’
