When flight MH17 was shot down, 298 people died, including 80 children.
Their lives were cut short when they went on vacation or returned home from breaks when a plane was shot down in July 2014.
A Malaysian family of six, including four children between the ages of 13 and 19, was killed as they returned home together.

Tragically, their younger sister Margo van den Hende, aged eight, also died in a horrific accident.
Maslin’s three children from Perth; Moe, 12, Evie, 10, and Otis, 8, died along with their grandfather while returning home from a family vacation in Europe.
Their parents decided to stay in Amsterdam for a few more days and outlived their children.
Siblings Van Den Hende Pierce, 15, Marnix, 12, and Margo, 8, were returning to Australia with their parents.
Also among the dead were the sons of British banker Andrew Hoare; 12-year-old Friso and 15-year-old Jasper went on vacation to Borneo.
Malaysian victim Afruz Jii, 13 (left), died along with his siblings, including 17-year-old Afzal (right).
Tragically: 19-year-old Afif Jii (left) and his younger sister Marsha Jii, 15 (right) were flying home to Malaysia.

Kaela Goes, 21 months old, died as her parents flew home to Malaysia after visiting relatives in Holland.
Vacation Departure: Dutch sisters Tess and Liv Trugg were on a vacation to Bali with their parents.
Another British father, John Allen, 44, died along with his Dutch wife Sandra and their three sons Jan, Julian and Christopher, aged eight to 16, while they were traveling to Indonesia.
Three infants were among the dead, including 21-month-old Kaela Goes, who was killed along with her parents as they flew home to Malaysia after visiting relatives in Holland.
Also killed were two families from the same street in the Netherlands.
Tess and Liv Tragg, aged 10 and 8, and their neighbor Sam Wells, aged 10, died along with their parents on their way to a holiday in Bali.
Five-year-old Martin Paulissen and his three-year-old sister Shri died with their parents while traveling to visit their grandmother’s grave in Indonesia.
